You know that thing that annoys you every single day? The app that makes you tap eight times to see what you need. The tool that's almost right. The software you'd fix in an afternoon if it were yours. Most people file a ticket, complain in the group chat, or just live with it.
I stopped doing that. Sotto because a dictation app shouldn't leak my voice to the cloud. Sukoon because I have Type 1 diabetes and reading my own glucose data shouldn't be a chore. Kai's Flow because every planner assumes I live somebody else's life. shaheentire.com because the family business needed a working site — 300+ commits and 100+ PRs later, it does.
If the thing that would fix your day doesn't exist, build it. I'm a CSE student at E-JUST, and every project on this page started as a version of that sentence.

e& (Etisalat)
- Audited the live e& CX Solutions enterprise site end-to-end: 26 findings, 4 high-severity — including 11 employee emails exposed in page source (escalated to legal as a PDPL risk) and a 38.6 MB homepage from auto-playing background videos
- Corrected the team's stack diagnosis (hash-routed Angular SPA, not "old Bootstrap"), reframing the search-visibility problem as routing rather than styling
- Built a tokenized Figma design system (9 color families, light/dark semantic tokens) and redesigned the landing page end-to-end within the governed e& brand; presented and iterated across review rounds with the UI lead and manager
Shaheen for Import & Export
- Took over shaheentire.com — a production Laravel 12 platform built by an external team — in May 2026 as sole maintainer (100+ routes, bilingual AR/EN, Google OAuth, Filament 4 admin)
- Rescued the failing platform: 300+ commits, 100+ PRs merged, 55+ issues closed, 38 failing tests restored to green, zero-touch CI/CD via GitHub Actions
- Designed a 4-phase cloud migration of 1,343 files (Arabic text normalization, Security Quarantine) and a zero-cost federated identity system (cPanel → Google IAM → Drive RBAC, 5 permission groups) — rollout in progress
- Patched 12 production-blocking vulnerabilities, restored blocked email delivery via Resend SMTP, and enforced email verification for all users
- Managed domain infrastructure: Cloudflare DNS/SSL, cPanel, Bitwarden, SSH deploy keys, nightly drift monitoring. Designed a RACI operational framework across 8 verticals (adoption in progress)
